Ravemen Bike Light Mount - Male
thingiverse
I have a Ravemen PR1600 bike light that I quite like. It uses a mount similar to other light brands but not identical and importantly, not compatible. The OEM mount is attached to the light using M2 bolts. I designed this because I wanted to be able to use the same bar mount for other accessories when I don't need my light. I used it to attach a small speaker for longer casual rides but you can CA glue it to whatever you fancy, or modify it to bolt on to something else. I've also included a blank hot shoe mount in case you just need to replace the one from your light. I didn't add bolt holes though so you'll need to modify to suit. If you're going to use CA glue, surface prep is key and I recommend using a kicker to speed up the curing process. You could also use 3m VHB tape depending on the weight of the item you're mounting. If you use this for anything expensive / important, I would recommend also adding a safety strap attached to the body of the device itself.
