This works great as a cellphone holder on my desk as well since it has a solid base. Oops, In the process of doing this remake I removed the hole in the back to allow a cable. I don't connect my phone up that way and I'm probably not going to fix it unless requested to do so. This remix adds extra width for my case and then some extra room. The picture shown is what I printed. I've included a second remix that I have NOT printed but will do so if or when mine breaks. The untested version: The changes to the second one is to shore up the front. There is about a 3.5" horizontal area that needs to be bridged. While my printed did great on it I'm sure not everyone's may do as well. I put in diagonal supports. The reason that that opening is there is for the speakers. I decide to put in additional openings to allow even more sound out. How much I'll probably never know as I connect my IPhone with my vehicle. A side-effect of this is that it allows spilled liquids to drain out.
