RAV4 (2000-2005) Mounting cover seat

The owner of a 2000 to 2005 Toyota RAV4 must remove several parts before installing a new mounting cover on their seat. First, take off the trim piece around the back of the seat by unscrewing the five screws that hold it in place. Remove the trim carefully so as not to damage the surrounding area. Next, pull the seat forward and then down to access the bolts that secure the mounting bracket. Use a screwdriver to loosen these bolts before removing them completely.
