Raumboote R-301

Small naval vessels known as R boats or Räumboote in German were constructed by the Kriegsmarine (German navy) before and during World War II. They were primarily designed to sweep mines for the German navy but saw action in other roles throughout the war, while also being used post-war by the German Mine Sweeping Administration to clear naval mines. The R301 model was built between 1942-45 and featured two 533 mm torpedo tubes.
