Rattling Fan Fix ( probably )

<p><strong>First things first:</strong> If your fan rattles due to an imbalance or bearing damage, this model doesn't guarantee that it will be quiet again. <strong>It may or may not work.</strong> So please don't judge this model by whether it worked for you or not.</p><p>Many will know this annoying rattling that the fans sometimes or sometimes always produce. Unfortunately, many fans do this even when they are fairly new.<br>The first step should always be to clean the fan. Often an imbalance is caused by very fine plastic strings which are sucked in by the fan. If that no longer helps, this clamp comes into play.&nbsp;</p><figure class="image image-style-align-right image_resized" style="width:50%;"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/295106/rich_content/7142ea32-09c7-4a53-a0f5-a74f73d2259c/20221014_191858-1.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%2228e33170-6a3a-4d34-8bed-15b33c3124c2%22%2C%22w%22%3A1440%2C%22h%22%3A1440%7D"></figure><p>It is attached to the fan and exerts a little pressure on it, like when you place a finger on the fan. <strong>Important</strong>, the clamp itself is often not sufficient. Often you have to put some paper or tape under the clamp to increase the pressure on the fan.
