Rattle Jerk Lure 70 mm
thingiverse
I created a jerk lure while training 3D modeling techniques. The finished lure measures seventy millimeters in length, twenty-five millimeters in height, and fifteen millimeters in thickness at its thickest point. To ensure the lure sinks properly, you need to add weight. The back section offers five millimeters of space for weights, while the front section provides eight millimeters. It's recommended that you balance the jerk nose by adding lead pellets to create a rattling effect. To assemble the lure, attach weights and frame wire before gluing the halves together. If desired, paint the finished product; however, note that multiple layers of clear coat will conceal any pattern. One layer is recommended for optimal results. This project remains a work in progress. Initial release version 1.00 was made on March 5th, 2019. A minor update to version 1.01 was implemented on May 4th, 2019, which involved adjusting the wire frame hole orientations.
