This is a homemade rattle for my toddler's first birthday. It's completely secure with no chance of anything coming out. The sound it produces is pleasant, and it feels great to the touch. Here's a video demonstration: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKcF67PsTgQ To make this rattle, add a teaspoon of rice. Use STL settings with thick walls and at least 30% infill. Print it vertically for stability, and choose food-safe PLA filament. For the best results, add sushi rice during the printing process (see picture). Enjoy your DIY rattle!
