**DISCLAIMER > I do not purport this to be absolutely perfect as i am pretty amateur at fusion so please accept that, STEP files included and optionally a F3D file can be provided.** A heated bed 'Drag Chain Solution' that i developed for myself to be used with 3x LC10.1 10x10 Drag chains bought from here: https://ooznest.co.uk/product/cable-drag-chain-carrier/ A variety of M3 bolts used, and some countersunk. Its also designed around the standard .DXF file for the 500 machine (meaning you kept the big bore bed wire hole that the collar and nut goes through. It should probably fit fine for smaller machines, i guess the chain would just be shortened. The main aim for me in designing this was to really try and keep a lot of the AC wires hidden/isolated. The first part features a housing for a 5P terminal block, which the bed wires connect to, and go through the collar and nut. A lid with handle covers this part and provides easy access. This part also contains the screw holes on which the chains get their first anchor point. This connects on the side by 2 M3 screws to the main platform. The main platform has 3x sets of holes running the entire length of it, these correspond to the gaps of the chain and the fasteners slide down the chains, lined up and secured using countersunk M3s. The point of this was to align the chains and provide better security. This part also has a cover with 'metal hole' pattern cut-out, just to make it look a bit more interesting. A second, smaller platform removed the final bit of sag in the top end of the chains. The bracket they connect to replaces the wire support printed part that ratrig provides to attach to the rear bed arm. The original screws are used to secure the bracket to the arm. The end of the cable chain at this end needs 'reversed' so it connects properly in the intended orientation, otherwise the chain wont work. Lastly a small wire cover can be attached to this bracket - this is admittedly the part that got the least attention and so can be much better executed.
