Why?

I upgraded my VCore 3.0 to 3.1 parts, including the Oldham coupled bed arms, and I couldn't find a rear bed arm dragchain mount that fitted the new arms, combined with the “old” rear panel with the cable canal on the bottom so I designed my own (I used the following 10x15 drag chain with openings https://a.aliexpress.com/_mNyWcQy)

Features:

Upper mount is directly mounted with the original M3 screws used to mount the RatRig cable relief

Elongated cable relief with a third cable tie mount

Lower mount features an insertion mechanism that ensures the straightness of the ascending part of the chain

Upper and lower dragchain mounting points are vertically in line

Requirements:

Use stiff material and print settings, especially for the upper mount. PETG will flex to much.

Need a little amount of supports on the lower mount, unless you REALLY have mastered your bridge settings

Upper and lower mount are designed for M3x4,6x4 heat inserts, the chain can be mounted using M3x6 countersunk screws.

You have to drill two additional holes in your bottom panel to fix the lower mount using M5 cap head screws and the corresponding M5 T-nuts for 3030 extrusions.

Hope you like it :-)
