<p>Modular mounting design for a BigtreetechSKR pro V1.2 on RatRig V-core3.</p><p>Duct for driver cooling to mount a 6060 fan ( mounting holes THD is 70.71mm, or verify from centre to centre 50mm ).</p><p>There are 2 different “fan covers” wich You can choose from.</p><p><strong>Hardware list:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>2 M3x25 </strong>cap head screws</li><li><strong>6 M3 </strong>locknuts</li><li><strong>11 M3 </strong>nuts</li><li><strong>4 M3x18 </strong>cap head screws</li><li><strong>4 M3x10 </strong>countersunk screws (cap heads are fine too)</li><li><strong>4 M3x12 </strong>countersunk screws (cap heads are fine too)</li></ul><p><strong>Printing settings and materials:</strong></p><p>All the pieces can be printed in PETG/ASA/ABS.</p><p>NO SUPPORTS NEEDED.</p><p>In PETG just be mindful of stringing. This can be “sucked in” by the fan and blocking it.</p><p><strong>PETG:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Speed=60mm/s</li><li>Layer height=0.2mm</li><li>Infill=20-10%</li><li>Walls=4</li><li>Top/Bottom=4</li><li>Cooling fan=15%</li></ul><p><strong>ASA:</strong></p><ul><li>Speed=60mm/S</li><li>Layer height=0.2mm</li><li>Infill=20-10%</li><li>Walls=4</li><li>Top/Bottom=4</li><li>NO COOLING FAN</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preparation and installation:</strong></p><ol><li>Get the “SKR_pro_V1.2_mounting” piece and insert <strong>7 M3</strong> nuts form the bottom. (they should have a tight fit)</li><li>Mount the Board itself on the mounting piece “sandwitching” it together witch the electronics panel of the RatRig.</li><li>Tight the <strong>4 M3x18</strong> (wich are holding the board and the modular “chassis”) with <strong>4 M3</strong> locknuts.</li><li>Get both “Spacer_ducts” and mount them to the “chassis”. The allen key should go trough the top holes.</li><li>Insert <strong>2 M3</strong> nuts for each “Spacer” from the bottom and backpull them into place.</li><li>Get <strong>2 M3x25</strong> cap head screws, insert them trough two holes of the “Cover_6060_fan” you have chosen and insert them on to the 6060 fan holes. (there are 4 rised section that have to be mounted towards the fan)</li><li>Install this sub-assembly on to the “Driver_cooling_duct” securing everything with <strong>2 M3</strong> locknuts.</li><li>As the final step mount the assembly on the two spacers using <strong>4 M3x12</strong> Countersunk screws (cap heads are fine too).</li><li>ENJOY.</li></ol><p>I know that the wire managment is “awesome”.</p><p>I'm currently working on the printer.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
