UPDATE 3/10/19 -Uploaded tweaked V6/BLtouch mount UPDATE 3/5/19 -Fan location isn't optimal for cooling so I'm editing files and will update soon UPDATE 3/5/19 -Uploaded new main body, fan shroud, and fan support for better fan locations (haven't printed yet) Some parts need to be rotated to print correctly. Still learning Fusion360. This project is still a work in progress and may be tweaked more down the road if needed but it's working good so far. Haven't done any bridging or overhang tests to see if fans shroud placement is optimal. Just used my other printer as a reference for a rough location. Took known good working parts and tweaked them to fit the Ratrig V-Core. Added a cable management solution (https://amzn.to/2BZOmiF) wire wrap. Check out the other end of this system (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3461969). The hotend mount uses M5 and M3 nuts in the part itself to secure it and the V6 clamp. Everything else is self-explanatory. Use custom supports under the tube that comes off the Hotend Mount. No other parts require supports. The heatsink fan shroud I'm using is a "rotated" version of this (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2769783)
