RatRig V-Core Pro MGN15 Bondtech V6 hot-end mount

This mount has been designed to be as modular as possible, incorporating the Bondtech BMG and V6 into an MGN15 rail mount. I could not find a suitable mount for this extruder and hot end with 0 distance between them while also being compatible with the rail and belt system of the RatRig V-Core Pro. The belt alignment is identical to stock in the Y axis so there should be a perfectly parallel belt position from idler to mount, and uses a very similar, yet slightly slimmed down belt lock which is still more than strong enough and uses M4 bolts instead of M5. UPDATE 15/06/2022 - Addition of Part cooling fan. I have replaced the front cover with a new version (FrontCover_AdjustableShroudHeight.stl) which allows for adjustability of the fan shroud height! I used the standard Prusa style mount as there are plenty of used designs out there along with an adapter bracket (5015Bracket.stl), and modified slightly a bear extruder version to suit my needs better (5015Shroud.stl - the original can be found below, I just had to shave some parts off for a clean fit): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3320490 Printed parts list: * RailMount - This part attaches to the MGN15 plate directly via the two middle screw holes (to avoid confusion there is an arrow which should be pointing up during assembly). * BondtechMount - This attaches to the RailMount and is done so via the two upper screw holes and the two lower screw holes. * 2x BeltLock - This is the part that inerts into the mount to attach the belts, in the same way that the stock RatRig design does * FrontCover - This both joins the front to the bondtech mount, serves as a 30mm side fan mount with an inbuilt exhaust and also has a mount for a PINDA probe or other similar 8mm probe. * MotorCoverPancake25mm - This is optional and is designed to just clip into the Bondtech mount and fit over a 25mm Nema 17 pancake motor. After bad experiences with pancake motors in the past I needed a way to keep the motor cool, so this incorporates a 40mm fan as well as providing a vertical cylinder/post into which you can centralise your print head cable management. * 5015Bracket - This goes between the front cover and the 5015 blower fan. * 5015Shroud.stl - This part cooling shroud attaches directly through the bracket and front cover. Additional non printed parts: * Nema 17 Motor - I have used a 25mm pancake motor, but you may use any size, the only part that will require modification is the optional motor cover. * Bondtech BMG - Not sure if clones will fit the same, I leave that up to the community to work out. * E3D V6 - Not sure if clones will fit the same, again, I leave that up to the community to work out as I do not have any. * 30mm fan (such as the one supplied with the V6 which works very well) or a 40mm fan and suitable adaptor for hot-end cooling. * PINDA probe or similar 8mm probe if you wish to use one.
