Belt tensioner to be mounted on the frame of the V-Core3 and 3.1 legacy.It allows to remove EVA 2 and 3 heavy belt tensioner from the carriage and make tensioning much easier by placing tension screws on the front.It replaces stock idler plates.Print material: PETG - ABS/ASA if enclosed;Print instructions: Place pieces as showed in the picture. Print left and right “idler_tensioner” pieces selecting “slicer tolerance” to “exclusive”;Supports: no;BOM:n.4 M3x25mm bolts;n.2 M3x20mm bolts;n.2 M3 washers;n.6 M3 nylock nuts;n.4 M4x10mm bolts;n.4 M4 T-nuts.The design make use of those stock components:n.4 RatRig M6 x0mm bolts (ratrig stock);n.4 RatRig M6 T-nuts;n.4 RatRig M5 conical bolts;n.2 RatRig 3 or 3.1 idlers;Print two idlers 5mm adapters to center M3 screw into 5mm idler bearings and two top corner plates (they are symmetrical).If you like my design and you are happy with it, please consider donating a coffee to justify the time and effort in researching/designing.Enjoy it!
