Ratcheting Screwdriver Case
thingiverse
If you have a Menard's card, you receive an annual birthday gift from the store every year. A couple of years ago, the gift was a ratcheting screwdriver with bits. However, it did not come with any way to store the parts together. My father-in-law initially designed a box, but I encountered problems with the lid staying in place. This box is my solution. I've used a similar design for boxes before, and it seems to be very effective. The entire thing is printed in one piece without supports. Your printer should be able to print bridges of 20mm with minimal sagging or you'll likely experience issues with the clasp mechanism. Even so, it may take several attempts opening and closing the clasp for it to loosen up completely.
