Ratcheting Paper Towel Holder

Not-so-simple ratcheting paper towel roll holder! With optional guide arm! Print either the ROLL_BASE_NOTCHED if you want guide and ROLL_BASE_SOLID if you don't want the guide arm. I've also included a TABLE_GRIP that can be added to any mounting system you want and glued in place. I recommend big rare earth magnets or adhesive strips, could add a 3d-printed clamp too but I was pressed for time. PAWL can be flipped depending on if you want it to ratchet clockwise and not move counter-clockwise, or flip the PAWL over if you want it to create friction for the roll holder and move either direction. Built in spring, so no additional parts needed besides glue for the two ROD pieces to connect, or use a soldering iron to plastic weld, be sure to have ventilation if you go that route!The most over-engineered paper towel roll you've ever seen, or your money back!
