Ratcheting Hose Clamp

I've always been drawn to these clamps for some reason, and I'm also working on a customizable version of them. The design is a bit challenging since the circles are all "unwrapped" when in the neutral position. Have fun exploring my scan if you're interested. It works with tubing ranging from 3/4 inch to 5/8 inch in diameter. You can also try scaling it and see what happens. To create the clamp, simply scan and vectorize the design. Then, scale the SVG file (if desired) and extrude it to about 1/4 inch thick. To use the clamp, insert it over some tubing and pinch closed with pliers. To open the clamp, slide the jaws to the side.
