Ratcheting Capo
prusaprinters

This capo prints quickly and snaps in place with one hand. And it prints as one piece! To use, just open it up, slip it onto your neck and then ratchet the bar down to the desired pressure.

Print Settings

Printer:

UDIO

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

35%

Post-Printing

After printing, you'll need to break-loose the hinge attaching the strap to the bar. The capo will work as printed, but putting a small piece of closed-cell foam (weather stripping works well) on the strap will protect your neck's finish and also make it easier to get the right pressure on the strings. Putting a thin strip of electrical tape on the bar where it contacts the strings will help keep it from sliding around if you bump it.

Category: Music
