Ratchet with 25 mm radius - no assembly needed!

I'm thrilled to share my second ratchet design iteration. The previous versions required assembly, but in this one, I've managed to combine both parts into a single STL file that's preassembled, so you don't need to join them after printing. To achieve this, I left 0.3 mm gaps between the components and printed with PLA at 0.2 mm layer height without any support. The result is nothing short of fantastic - I'm convinced that this pre-assembled approach will become my go-to method in future designs! I printed it on my trusty Prusa i3 MK2, which hasn't yet received the multi-extruder upgrade, but I paid homage to its heritage by rendering an image where the lock mechanism is a proud Prusa-orange. Update #20170308: To cater to thicker cables, I've added a 40 mm version to the models.
