Ratchet Strap Winder with Latch Key

I really loved the initial design but I had to come up with a way to secure the reel so it wouldn't unwind while it was suspended in the bed of my truck (I'm currently working on brackets to hang them from). I added notches to both the base and cover and came up with a key that locks everything together seamlessly. When printing the key, print it at 98 - 99% of its original size for optimal fit.
