Ratchet strap winder / Spanngurtwickler

After I had to wind up tension belts again and again, at some point I didn't feel like it anymore. At this point I decided to build a tool that would make this job a lot easier, so I designed and built this winder. The winder works for any straps up to 50mm width. For printing it I used pctg, but many other materials should work too. Aditional parts for building: 2x 32x12x10 ball-bearing, 1x m2x20 screw (or a stud), 16mm diameter tube, m5 bolt for the crank, a heatshrink and finally some general tools and some glue. Following this link you can see a prototype version in action (final version works the same way): https://youtube.com/shorts/rRzZocEMrlk?feature=shareHope you enjoy this tool ;D
