Ratchet Strap Holder

I created my own version, determined to use less material and print faster. Based on my Cura settings, I successfully shaved about an hour off the print time and 2-3 meters of material. It still easily fits a 15 foot strap. I also added a clip, so the two parts are securely held together when stored. Update 3/26/19 - I edited the clip to snap together better.
