Ratchet strap corner protector

<p>I print these in PETG with 0.8mm nozzle and 3 walls but 0.4 with 5 or 6 walls would be plenty strong enough. Maybe 20% fill. It's functional so I use thick layers.</p><p>Prints on its side without support (orientation as per photo).&nbsp;</p><p>There's a 25mm and 40mm version but you could scale it for different strap widths. The bar at the back stops it falling off the strap. You could cut a slot in the bar so you don't have to thread the strap through (I didn't design it that way because it's easier to print without).&nbsp;</p>
