Ratchet Locker
thingiverse
This is a high-performance locker differential, engineered for use in advanced 4x4 vehicles. It's designed as a companion piece for the Torsen Limited Slip Differential from Pizzachef (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1722483), which is itself a remix of Unotre's (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:356169) original design. To assemble this differential, you'll need to print three separate components: Part 3, Part 4b, and Part 5. In addition to these printed parts, you will also require the following hardware: 6 Din 912 (M3x10mm Cylindrical allen screws) A length of 25mm 1.75 diameter filament, cut to join the central hub with its axis. Some high-quality grease (I used a solid baseline lubricant). 2 old pen springs, measuring approximately 20mm in length and made from softer materials. On August 8, 2017, I made some minor adjustments to ensure proper fitment of this differential on its base.
