The TomCat Rat Trap's bait dispenser gave out, so the company sent me a brand new one. The shipping cost them over $10 alone. I was really impressed with the traps' performance and thought the company went above and beyond by sending a replacement part right away. Since I didn't want to bother them again, I decided to print a new bait dispenser myself for much less money and get it ready for use way sooner than waiting for shipping.
