The creator of the snakez is deserving of thanks for their assistance in integrating the interconnecting part of the lure, and the original design can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1709106. This lure is printed with a 10% infill so that it will float on top of the water's surface. A hold has been incorporated into the back for inserting a toothpick and attaching a rubber tail, which I created using a plastic worm lure I already had on hand.
