<p>This is a cable strain relief mount for Rat Rig V-Core 3 printers (it could be used on any printer with a 3030 <a href="https://openbuildspartstore.com/v-slot-linear-rail-1/?ref=G7bOMra6rjuOz">extrusion</a> frame).</p><p>It's purpose is to assist with holding the wires that go to the <a href="https://main.eva-3d.page/getting_started/">EVA toolhead</a>.</p><p><a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/Ch1M-ciP7SF/">See it in action.</a></p><h3>BOM</h3><p><a href="https://amzn.to/3dXPrgw">3 X M6 12MM</a></p><p><a href="https://amzn.to/3TxlXq3">3 x M6 T-Slot Nut</a></p><h3>Printing Instructions</h3><p>Print in any orientation that you believe uses the least support material. I printed the part standing upright (with tree supports) using <a href="https://filaments.ca/collections/3d-filaments/products/polycarbonate-pc-filament-black-1-75mm">filaments.ca Easy PC CPE</a>, 0.8 cht nozzle, 0.5 layer height, 40% infill.</p><h3>Assembly</h3><p>First, put two <a href="https://amzn.to/3dXPrgw">M6 12mm bolts</a> through the front 2 holes and attach the <a href="https://amzn.to/3TxlXq3">t-nuts</a>. Place the third M6 <a href="https://amzn.to/3TxlXq3">t-nut</a> in the 3030 <a href="https://openbuildspartstore.com/v-slot-linear-rail-1/?ref=G7bOMra6rjuOz">extrusion</a>. Place the part on the <a href="https://openbuildspartstore.com/v-slot-linear-rail-1/?ref=G7bOMra6rjuOz">extrusion</a>, lining up the front 2 bolts into the <a href="https://openbuildspartstore.com/v-slot-linear-rail-1/?ref=G7bOMra6rjuOz">v-slot</a> and the top hole with <a href="https://amzn.to/3TxlXq3">t-nut</a>. Place in the third <a href="https://amzn.to/3dXPrgw">M6 12mm bolt</a>.</p>
