<p>Rat Rig offers a workbench for their Killerbee CNC build with 4040 Aluminium profiles. If you want to fill the Rat Rig 4040 Aluminium profiles with sand in order to reduce the vibrations of the CNC, you can use this plugs.</p><p>In order to avoid that some sand bypasses the foam I also added some foam to the inside. Then I used some silicon to glue the plug into the hole. The foam on the first side also ensures that the sand does not drive out the plug of the first side, if you press in the second plug.</p><p>First side of the profile:</p><ol><li>Foam</li><li>Silicone</li><li>Plug</li></ol><p>Second side of the profile:</p><ol><li>Silicone</li><li>Plug</li></ol><p>The long version of the plug is used if the hole connects to a nut of another profile (90°).</p><p>In addition this plug eases the construction of the workbench a lot.</p>
