I cracked my middle mouse button and Mad Catz isn't supplying replacement parts, so I decided to create one myself. To my surprise, it worked! For the majority of 3D printers, you'll need to print the split file and then use glue, solvent, or epoxy to bond the two halves together. The scroll is not perfectly smooth, but that's probably due to my printer's inaccuracy and some rough spots. Over time, it should become smoother. 3/25/17 - I've added an updated version with minor changes. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: .05 Infill: 15+ Notes: Print as finely as possible, dimensional accuracy is crucial to this part. On most FDM printers, some sanding will be required in order to fit.
