I created this device to snugly fit over an automated feeder inside a wire rat cage, anticipating any potential escape attempts. Should the rodents dig out or devour all their food, trying to climb up the feeder and make a break for freedom will be futile due to my invention's sturdy design. As it turns out, this device looks impressive and has more than fulfilled its intended function without a hitch.
