Raspi IR Cam Mount for Prusa i3 mk2

I have designed a custom case for the Raspi IR cams with larger lenses. The design fits onto the same holder as in the original model and requires four M3 screws and nuts to connect the front and back together, making it look sleek even if the screws are not necessary. Since the "Ball Style" mount tends to wear out quickly and causes the camera to move or tip over, I created a new design that uses screws to secure everything in place. To attach the camera, I used an M3x25 screw with a self-locking nut, while a self-tapping 3x10 screw secures the coupling to the base. By loosening and tightening the screws, you can adjust the camera position for optimal reliability compared to the ball mount. Be gentle when using the self-tapping screw as it may wear out the plastic if removed or tightened excessively. I plan to release a version with a regular M3 screw and an inserted nut in the future. The base bar is straight because the camera was interfering with the print head, and a better picture requires more space between them. The attached rendering and pictures provide assembling instructions. You can print this design without supports, but it's recommended to print directly onto the PEI surface of your Prusa i3 mk2 printer for optimal results. If you need a raft, check your printer settings. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 mk2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 200 micron Infill: 25% Notes: This design was printed with new PLA filament that I'm currently testing. I'll provide updates on this information as soon as possible.
