Raspi Fan Mount without Screws for 40mm (Noctua) Fan

I dialed in the dimensions for a standard 40x40x12 Noctua 5V fan on my Pi, but I'm still not satisfied with those tiny spacers. I've got two options - either go for the "easytoprint" design that prints without any additional supports or opt for the other version which likely requires some sort of support structure.
