raspi 7" remixed rear panel for 40mm noctua fan

I revised the rear panel to enable the use of a 40mm Noctua fan. Additionally, I updated the files for both the case and front to allow the micro USB to be plugged into the screen instead of the Pi, which is the recommended setup. At this point, I have not printed the modified front or case yet; however, they should print just fine and function as expected. The front panel can be printed without support by utilizing the bridging capabilities of your printer. On the other hand, the case will require some support.
