My RaspberryPi SD slot broke due to the small plastic hinges snapping. You can print a replacement part and glue it in place to secure your SDCard. The design is available on my GitHub (https://github.com/NetForces/Hardware). Print it at 0.1mm layer with 100% infill, but be aware that it might not fit in a tight enclosure with a SD card window.
