RaspberryPi/OrangePi clip for securing to the bottom of 2040 extrusion
thingiverse
Please send feedback on fitment if you've installed this part. This part fits for installing a RaspberryPi board on the bottom side of your 3D printer, mounted to a 2040 extrusion. It provides space under the board for heat dissipation, leaves access to all ports and the button, and keeps all electrical components away from the ground. I designed it to give greater access to the MKS board in my Folgertech FT-6, and this is the only printer that I guarantee it will fit on, although it will clip onto any 2040 stock with a flat top above it. The installation requires two pieces and it's a snug fit which may require you to slightly warm the clips. If for any reason, it doesn't fit and you think it could use modifications, please let me know and I'll make changes to the file. The 2020 wire clip in one of the images is also available in my "things".
