Raspberrypi 4 / 4B+ case

thingiverse

This is a remix of the Case for Raspberry Pi model 3 B+, with some key modifications. The USB ports and Ethernet have been swapped around, the full-size HDMI port has been replaced by two mini HDMI ports, and the micro USB port has been upgraded to a USB-C port. You can use the OpenSCAD file to add holes for the camera, GPIO, or SD card. This case is unique in that it snaps together perfectly, taking into account the expansion of filament due to heat, both with ABS and PLA materials. However, if you're planning to use the Pi 4, you may want to opt for ABS or PETG instead of PLA, as PLA can warp at temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius, which the Pi 4 is capable of reaching. To ensure a smooth assembly, I recommend using both the top and bottom parts together. OpenSCAD adds a slight shift when fully assembled, so combining both pieces will give you the most accurate fit.
