Raspberry Zero WH - ETH/USB HAT CASE

This is a case for the Raspberry Zero WH with Ethernet - 3x USB HAT. The used HAT can be found at https://www.waveshare.com/eth-usb-hub-hat.htm. To assemble, no screws are needed; simply plug everything together! I did not use the nuts on the stand-offs at the HAT. Four different bottom types have been created: One normal and one with screw holes. One normal with air slots at the bottom and one with screw holes and air slots at the bottom. The cover for the micro USB connector fits perfectly on mine, but it may fit differently on others.
