I re-mixed this from another file, added cable support, and designed to fan topper for a 40mm fan. original design was a case, this is more of a surface mount, for inside of an arcade machine. Update: Version 3 has a lot of improvements. no screws needed for the fan topper to fit on the lower anymore. fan can be mounted below the mount now. also simplified the print on the lower to use less material.
