Raspberry PI4 fan case
thingiverse
Two-piece Raspberry Pi 4 enclosure featuring a choice of cover, available in two sizes: 20mm or 40mm fans. These fans connect directly to the GPIO expansion port, where they tap into the 5V and GND power supply lines. When utilizing a 12V 40mm fan, which may require some gentle persuasion to get started spinning, you'll be rewarded with incredibly quiet operation while still providing ample cooling for your Raspberry Pi. However, if overclocking is on the agenda, swap in a 5V 40mm fan for optimal performance. To assemble the case, simply screw the two pieces together using four M3x12mm screws from beneath. Depending on the fan size, use corresponding screws to secure them to the upper piece from underneath; I've successfully used both 40x10mm and 20x6mm screws with my setup.
