Raspberry Pi4 Case
thingiverse
Based on the great design of anjanathisal, I crafted this case with several modifications: - Enhanced ventilation is achieved by adding more holes to the top, bottom, and sides for increased airflow. - Secure fastening is ensured through strategically placed screw holes that prevent accidental opening. - Screw cylinders are integrated into the top of the case to securely hold the PCB in place. - The overall height of the case has been increased by 2mm to accommodate additional components. Two distinct variants have been created. One variant features an extra hole for a versatile antenna connector, which I utilize with my HM-MOD-RPI-PCB ELV module for seamless openhab homematic integration. Update 2019-12-05: The internal temperature within the passively cooled housing, as configured through my openHAB setup, remained excessively high at over 60 degrees Celsius. In response, I added a removable top cover equipped with a fan... The resultant temperature drop is astonishing, now settling around 42 degrees when the fan is connected to 3.3V!
