Hi, I designed this housing specifically for the MakerHawk Raspberry Pi3 Camera IR Fisheye Wide-angle 175 Degree 5MP OV5647. You can find it on Amazon at https://amzn.to/2G10jXE. I printed the housing using PETG with 100% infill, but PLA or ABS will also work just fine - although I wouldn't recommend using PLA outdoors. For the gaskets, I used TPU with 100% infill once again. My Ender 3 printer was set to a layer height of 0.3mm during printing. One reason why I left the camera lens uncovered is because night vision requires it. If you cover the entire camera with plexiglass, IR lights will reflect and make it almost impossible to see anything. I secured the housing using four M3x16mm stainless steel pan head screws. While this housing might not be fully waterproof if you try to use it underwater (which I haven't attempted), it's more than suitable for rainy conditions. You can also seal any exposed cables with silicone for added protection. The acrylic sheet used is 3mm thick.
