Raspberry pi3 case for 3030 frame

This is a fusion of the original design and thing:2288511 to enable boltless mounting on 3030 frames, but I utilized the original top with removable header covers and modified the original Pi3 variant of the bottom. I printed it once and am using it without any issues, but didn't spend too much time on it, so pardon any minor defects that might exist from the blending (in case you notice any). EDIT 11/12/2017: Added a variant with a chopped corner to use when fitting to a frame with an internal L bracket joint.
