Raspberry Pi3 B case refurbished
thingiverse
Well known case, but holes drilled out proved extremely troublesome for cutting threads on the board in the bottom, prompting me to put holes through to mount the board using M3x12 and nuts. Furthermore, the holes closing the case were also partly locked, so I opened them up too and widened them for M3x16 cylindrical screw heads. I added another modified top cover with holes for a 40x40x10mm 5-volt fan (Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX 5V). Severe problems arose with the quality of bottom surfaces on top of support structures; numerous possible workarounds were tried, but none provided any help. So I split the case top in two pieces for gluing together inside the mounting of the fan.
