I spent hours scouring Thingiverse for a Raspberry Pi2 enclosure that lets me effortlessly add circuitry on the fly, only to discover there isn't one available. This led me to design my own custom box that allows easy access to the GPIO pins. The round holes on the sides are specifically designed to fit 3.5" headphone sockets, which I've connected to relays, an IR receiver and transmitter. The top and bottom sections of the enclosure are held together securely with M3 countersunk screws.
