Raspberry Pi Zero WH case

Raspberry Pi Zero WH case

This is a modified version of a previous Pi Zero W case design. The original case had screw holes sized for M3, but I wanted to avoid increasing the size of the holes in the Pi Zero, so I opted to modify that design instead. I made some adjustments to make it slightly wider, allowing me to use the existing M3 screw holes without having to drill new ones through the Pi Zero. Additionally, I added four small posts that go through the Pi Zero's holes to provide extra stability and keep the case securely in place. To improve accessibility, I also created cutouts around the USB ports, making it easier to see the "USB" and "PWR" labels on them. One thing to note is that you won't be able to access the SD card slot while this case is attached.
