Raspberry Pi Zero WH Case
prusaprinters
I designed this case because my Raspberry Pi Zero has the headers soldered on, but now I want to use it as a web server, which renders them superfluous. However, all the 3D printed cases I could find were either designed for the headerless version or had a cutout that exposed the pins to the outside of the case. So I designed this case with an increased wall height so that the pins are safely enclosed inside the case. The basic design is inspired by the case of DotNetWorker (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1167846/).The top of the case snaps in, no screws are needed. No supports are required. The top is designed with 0.1mm overlap with the bottom piece on each side, which results in a very tight fit for me. If you have problems fitting the top, scaling the top down to 99.7% (66/66.2) in the long and 99.4% (31/31.2) in the short direction, should remove this overlap.Due to the small footprint of the case, the RPi can only be fitted or removed, when the SD card is not inserted.
