<p>I designed this ultra small form factor speaker to function as a travel white noise machine. &nbsp;I didnt take pictures of the assembly, but it is pretty straight-forward.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Assembly Instructions:</strong></p><ol><li>Solder the headers onto the RPI Zero W</li><li>De-Solder and remove the white speaker plug from the Speaker Bonnet</li><li>Solder Female headers onto bonnet (if they didnt come pre-installed)</li><li>Solder Leads for switches to the speaker bonnet (three to ground, and 3 to whichever pins you want to use (I used 4, 27, 17)</li><li>Solder one only one speaker (dont use the connector, as things will not fit. &nbsp;Must be hard-wired</li><li>Route the cabling (I ran 3 cables through each of the holes on the side of the RPI nearest to the SD card, and the others through the gap in the 3d model next to the sd card slot</li><li>Fit the rpi zero w and the bonnet together and place into the 3d print housing, RPI side up</li><li>route leads through the switch holes (1 from an input pin and one ground for each switch</li><li>solder the leads to the switch</li><li>cut the bottom 2 leads off the switch (this could have been designed better, but it is what it is.</li><li>add a dab of super glue to the bottom of the switch, and push it into the cutout</li><li>repeat steps 8-11 for each switch</li><li>fit the speaker into the opening&nbsp;</li><li>snap the lid into place (super glue if needed)</li></ol><p><br><br><strong>Shopping List (with links):</strong></p><ul><li>1- <a href="https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/raspberry-pi-zero-w/">Raspberry Pi Zero W</a></li><li>1- <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Adafruit-Stereo-Speaker-Bonnet-Raspberry/dp/B01MXYBVKZ/ref=sr_1_6?crid=8P2358RSFR0X&amp;keywords=raspberry+pi+zero+w+audio+bonnet&amp;qid=1656138037&amp;sprefix=raspberry+pi+zero+w+audio+bonn%2Caps%2C284&amp;sr=8-6">Adafruit (PID 3346 I2S 3W Stereo Speaker Bonnet for Raspberry Pi</a></li><li>1- <a href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0738NLFTG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&amp;psc=1">CQRobot Speaker</a></li><li>3-<a href="https://www.amazon.com/QTEATAK-Momentary-Tactile-Button-Switch/dp/B07VSNN9S2/ref=sr_1_27?keywords=push+button&amp;qid=1656138314&amp;sr=8-27">Push Buttons</a> (FYI there is 120 in a pack)</li><li>thick super glue</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Code:</strong></p><p><a href="https://github.com/c0ryd/WhiteNoise">GitHub</a></p>
