Raspberry Pi Zero W case

Raspberry Pi Zero W case

I designed a basic Pi Zero W case for my Teslausb setup, which features a sliding cover with ventilation holes. The design eliminates the need for screws; instead, four studs securely hold the Pi Zero W in place. I deliberately omitted an opening for the GPIO pins since they weren't required. The lid may experience some resistance when closing due to its snug fit, depending on your printer's capabilities. If the grooves don't print smoothly, you might need to manually refine them with a knife. Fortunately, my printer handled it without issue. This design provides convenient access to the MicroSD card slot, mini-HDMI port, microUSB connectors, and camera ribbon cable.
