Raspberry Pi Zero W Acrylcase (2mm)

Protect your Raspberry Pi Zero W with this sturdy 2mm Acrylcase that I designed from scratch to fit perfectly on my RPi Zero W. This case accommodates even a Pimoroni BLINKT! module atop the GPIO pins without any issues. The small rectangles on the middle plate may not be necessary, but they help prevent brownouts of the coil on the RPi Zero W PCB. If you plan to install a heatsink onto the CPU, ensure it measures 13mm x 12mm x 5mm for optimal fitment. Don't worry about the Mini-HDMI and Micro-USB ports; I've tested with thick plugs and adapters without any problems. This CAD-file is specifically designed for use with Lasercutters, as I utilized a Trotec Speedy400 (80W CO²-Tube) to create it. Cut settings include a Z-Offset of -1mm. To assemble the Acrylcase, you'll need: * 2mm Acrylicglass sheets measuring at least 105mm x 72mm * 4 M2.5 x 12 bolts * 4 M2.5 nuts * 24 M2.5 washers
