I know there are many case models for Raspberry Pi Zero, so take a look at this: https://www.yeggi.com/q/raspberrypi+zero/ That's just another one I created, and I made room for the TP4056 charger module and two 18650 cell batteries (protected or not) to power Raspberry Pi without plugging it into a computer or using a power bank. I also kept the SCAD files so you can modify the model to suit your project. I drilled two holes in the power support to connect the Raspberry Pi Zero, be careful when connecting the wires and pay attention to the polarity (+ & -).
