Raspberry Pi Zero Stem Case

The latest Version 2 upgrade is now available: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2516525. This case is specifically designed for the Raspberry Pi Zero or Zero W paired with the "Stem" by zerostem.io, a PCB shim that transforms it into a dongle. We recently purchased the Zero Stem from Pimoroni, who consistently deliver high-quality products. Our previous attempt at creating a case resulted in an oversized model that printed poorly and ultimately fell apart due to inadequate design. We therefore designed this new case from scratch using SketchUp to ensure a precise fit with the Zero Stem. Two versions of the case are available, each accompanied by two corresponding lid options. One version encloses the Pi Zero / Zero W completely, while the other provides access to the HDMI and USB ports - both designs allow for sufficient access to the micro SD card via tweezers or small pliers, enabling users to securely attach the lid. Notably, the USB port for power is intentionally sealed off as it becomes redundant when using the Zero Stem. One version of the lid includes access to the header if it has been soldered in place, while the other does not. For those interested in customizing or remixing this design, the SketchUp file is also included.
